A little Jazz, a little funk, and a whole lot of Fun! We love to dance and this will get you in the BEST shape of your life! Who doesn't want a dancer's body?! This is a totally balanced fitness program with EASY to follow routines. We start with a thermal warm-up, active stretch and abdominal work. The low impact aerobic dance routines gets you the results your body wants and needs. We end this 60-minute workout with a cool down and stretch. You will need 1# hand weights. Choice of 20 morning classes (WS25-WSAJ20 - Winter Session or WS25-SSAJ20 - Spring Session), 30 morning classes (WS25-WSAJ30 - Winter Session or WS25-SSAJ30 - Spring Session), 20 evening classes (WS25-SAJ20EVE).
